Sung Mass

Sundays, 12:15 p.m. at St Paul’s Church in Rothesay

“And although we are unworthy, yet we beseech thee to accept this our bounden duty and service …”

We offer the Sacrifice of the Mass because we must, for our salvation and for the sake of this world, which God so loves. As an Anglo-Catholic parish, we uphold the ancient ritual life and theology of the Catholic Church, in the poetic language of the Book of Common Prayer.

Our Sunday Mass offers a vision of heaven. It is decorated with Eucharistic vestments, incense and sanctus bells. We seek to offer our selves, our souls and bodies as reasonable, holy and living sacrifices as we join the Angels and Saints in their worship.
